Spending Christmas at this hotel was an absolute delight. the staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had a special experience. the spa facilities were second to none, offering a variety of treatments and relaxation options. the location was perfect, providing easy access to the ski slopes and beautiful scenic walks. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet which offered a wide range of freshly made dishes and pastries.

the game room was quite chilly which made it difficult to enjoy for long periods of time.

This hotel offered a nice central location for activities, with beautiful walks and bike rides nearby as well as ski and boulder options. The food service was top notch, with a great variety of dishes, delightful desserts, and prompt courteous service. The indoor pool and sauna were nice amenities that we enjoyed frequently during our stay.

The noise level from the street was a bit loud at night, and the breakfast food selection was fair with the same options offered each day. The addition of better signage throughout the hotel would be helpful, as there were a few instances where it was unclear where certain areas were located.

The hotel offers a comfortable and spacious apartment, perfect for families with kids and a baby. the dinners and breakfasts are varied with many tasty options, and the super friendly and dedicated staff provide great service. the ski buses stop conveniently in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the numerous nearby ski resorts in the area, all just a short drive away.

Some signage around the hotel could be improved to avoid confusion during certain activities and provide better guidance to guests.
